How do I set up my first sales bot?

After signing up and logging in, go to your Bot Management section in the dashboard. Configure your bot's conversation flow, set up lead capture questions, and deploy the chat widget on your website. Your AI sales assistant will start collecting leads and sending them to your Slack channel immediately!

How do I upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade your subscription in two ways: 1) Go to your Account Settings and click on the 'Subscription' tab, then choose your desired plan and click 'Upgrade', or 2) Visit our pricing page to compare all plans and features. You'll be redirected to our secure payment processor to complete the transaction.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Are prospect conversations private and secure?

Absolutely! All prospect conversations are private and encrypted with bank-level security. We never share lead data with third parties, and your collected leads remain exclusively yours. Our AI uses this security as a selling point to overcome privacy objections.

How do I access my collected leads?

Collected leads appear in your Chat History dashboard with completion status and all extracted information (name, phone, email, loan amount, etc.). When you connect Slack through the Integrations page, TalkPop automatically sends detailed lead information to your specified channel whenever a conversation completes, including all extracted data for immediate follow-up.

Can I export lead conversations for my sales team?

Yes! You can export individual lead conversations or bulk export collected leads. Each export includes all captured information, contact details, and the full conversation transcript. With Slack integration enabled, this information is also automatically sent to your sales team the moment a conversation completes.

My sales bot isn't collecting lead information properly

First, check if you've reached your monthly conversation limit. Review your bot's conversation flow and ensure it's configured to ask for the information you need (names, phone numbers, email, loan amounts, etc.). Make sure Slack integration is properly connected in the Integrations page. Check our status page for any service issues, or contact support for bot optimization help.

I'm getting an error when trying to sign in

Make sure you're using the correct email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgotten Password' link. Clear your browser cache and cookies if the problem continues. Contact support if you still can't access your account.

What prospect data do you collect?

We collect prospect contact information (name, phone, email), relevant details (income, credit score, loan amounts), and conversation transcripts. All this data is automatically extracted and sent to your sales team via Slack integration for immediate follow-up. All data is encrypted and used solely for your sales process. Do you use prospect conversations to train AI models?

No, we do not use your prospect conversations or lead data to train AI models. All conversations remain private and are used only to collect leads for your sales team. Your competitive advantage and prospect data stay exclusively yours.

What payment methods do you accept?
