1. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. You may cancel at any time during the trial period and will not be charged.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Access to premium features will remain active through the end of the billing cycle.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, but you may still cancel to avoid renewal.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. We will review your request and issue a refund if appropriate.
